Commercial for the beer brand Guiness. with superb visual effects. Winner of Imagina Awards 2006. It is directed by Daniel Kleinman, who is primarily known for creating James Bond title sequences, like the one for Casino Royale. At archive.org you can find an interesting read about him.

This 10 minute infomercial is made by Kenichi Tanakaas a final thesis project. Even though there might be more impressive ones – graphics-wise -around, this one is done pretty well not only because it’s 10 minutes long and keeps you interested all the way, but also because it does a good job of showing information in a understandable way. I first saw the Japanese version and it amazed me that I could actually “understand” everything!

One of the most beautiful things I have ever watched, this impressive display of skill won her first place in “Ukraine Got Talent 2009″. It always intrigues me when I see someone go outside the norm and perform otherwise mundane things in such an extravagant manner.

Michel Gagne and Joe Olson, CEO of Fuelcell Games, met in 2007 in Seattle’s Fremont district where they discussed the possibility of bringing feature quality 2d animation to the gaming world in a classic side-scrolling adventure.
